Who Are We?
GEMS (Gama Education Management Services) partners with schools to build strong teachers and leaders. Founded by JoAnn Gama, former principal, superintendent, and CEO, we bring lived experience to every level of a school community.
We work alongside schools because we have led them. Our programs span the full educator pipeline, from New Teacher Academies to our Principal in Residence Program and executive coaching, all designed by people who know what it takes to build environments where teachers thrive, leaders grow, and students win.

Prepares new leaders to take over established schools with confidence. Participants learn to build trust with staff and families, manage change, and honor a school's culture while raising the bar.
A dynamic curriculum covering strategic planning, communication, team building, and instructional leadership. Participants learn through interactive workshops, case studies, and real-world simulations they can apply immediately.
A yearlong, practice-based program for educators ready to lead while excelling in the classroom. Participants learn to coach peers, lead effective meetings, and strengthen instruction across their campus.
