GEMS (Gama Education Management Services) partners with schools to build strong teachers and leaders. Founded by JoAnn Gama, former principal, superintendent, and CEO, we bring lived experience to every level of a school community.
We work alongside schools because we have led them. Our programs span the full educator pipeline, from New Teacher Academies to our Principal in Residence Program and executive coaching, all designed by people who know what it takes to build environments where teachers thrive, leaders grow, and students win.
